Exams from Other Institutions

How to schedule your exam

  1. You must email [email protected] to request a non-FSU exam, and we require the institution to send us exam information two weeks in advance.
  2. Once we have verified with you that we are ready to administer your exam, you must register online one week in advance and pay a $15.50 administration fee (if you are dual-enrolled at FSU, register in our system and pay a $12.00 administration fee via FSUCash).

In order to ensure you have adequate time to complete your exam, please review the Assessment & Testing facility location and hours before you register. For example, if the exam is 3 hours long and the Assessment & Testing facility closes at 4:00pm, do not register for an appointment past 1:00pm.

Before you arrive

  • Review the Testing Center Rules in advance. Please note that infractions may result in dismissal without refund.

  • Parking permits are required to park on the FSU Campus. FSU Students are permitted to park in any “W” designated lot, while visitors may park in any metered parking space as well as any "Visitor" lot. (Please note: parking fees apply.) Parking lot designations and maps can be found at https://transportation.fsu.edu/maps.

  • When you arrive for your testing appointment, you will need to provide a valid photo identification (e.g., driver's license, passport, student ID).

Additional notes

Please address concerns about test content and grades with your instructor. Staff at the Testing Center are not responsible for test questions, answers, scores, or grades.
